TREASURE COAST FISHING REPORT by Capt. Brian Williamson
INDIAN RIVER COUNTY

Capt. Brian Williamson, of Vero Tackle, said the Indian River Lagoon fishing has been steady. He fished his sons and friend Joe Kern with live shrimp ending up with eight redfish, numerous big sheepshead, black drum, snook, trout and jacks. He said anglers on the beach caught lots of pompano around South Beach using clams and sand fleas. Some larger snook are being caught and released around the Vero Beach bridges on pinfish and mullet early in the morning and just at dark.
